The Traditional Council
The divisional chiefs hold the traditional offices of the Suaman state. Each office below carries a distinct duty within the council.
Second-in-command to the paramount chief, presiding over the council and the state in the chief’s absence.
Head of the Akwamu division, one of the senior war divisions of the traditional state.
Commander of the rear guard (Kyidom) — the division that protects the state from behind.
