Endowment of the Land
The lands of the Suaman Traditional Area, in Ghana's Western North Region, are endowed with substantial natural resources — gold-bearing ground, extensive forest and timber, industrial minerals, and fertile agricultural estates. Under the custodianship of the stool, the Traditional Council welcomes credible investors and development partners to explore mutually beneficial ventures that create employment, circulate wealth, and advance the lasting development of our communities.
Every asset below is drawn from the records of the Suaman Dadieso stool. We present them as an honest starting point for conversation — the first step towards partnerships built on transparency, respect, and shared prosperity.
The Dadieso Gold Land
Gold-bearing ground has been identified across six communities of the traditional area. These lands form the centrepiece of Suaman's mineral endowment and its most significant opportunity for responsible, well-regulated mining partnership.

Beyond Gold
The traditional area holds a diverse base of industrial minerals and forest resources — a foundation for timber, construction materials, and value-added manufacturing.
A forest zone of approximately 50 km² with commercial hardwood potential, suited to sustainable, well-managed timber and forestry ventures.
A quarry resource of roughly 3 square miles for construction aggregate and dimension stone — a long-life input for the region's building sector.
Clay deposits suited to bricks, tiles, and general ceramics — a base for local building-materials industry.
High-value kaolin clay deposits at Tano Krom, with applications in ceramics, paper, paint, and cosmetics manufacturing.

Cultivated Wealth
Alongside its minerals, Suaman's fertile lands support established cash-crop cultivation — a stable, renewable foundation for agribusiness and processing partnerships.
Established cocoa-farming lands — Ghana's flagship export crop — offering opportunity in cultivation, aggregation, and value-added processing.
A rubber plantation estate, well suited to the region's climate, with scope for expansion and downstream processing.
